El edificio se desarrolla con el concepto de aprovechar al máximo la edificabilidad de un terreno con área reducida. Se resolvieron apartamentos dúplex en “z”, que orientan el área de dormitorios a las fachadas frontal y posterior, concentrando las áreas sociales en núcleo del edificio, centralizando así las instalaciones. Con el área reducida del terreno los subsuelos debieron desarrollarse mediante medios pisos para reducir la longitud de las rampas. Los medios pisos permitieron generar vanos amplios de ventilación e iluminación natural.

El desarrollo de la fachada del edificio consiste de una modulación basada en paneles de fibrocemento y módulos de la ventanería. La doble piel en la fachada nos permite tener mejor protección climática al interior.

The building is developed with the concept of making the most out of a small land lot. Duplex departments were solved in a “z” shape, with the bedrooms facing the frontal and back facade, concentrating the social areas in the core of the building, centralizing the installations. The lower levels were developed in half floors to reduce the length of ramps. The half floors allowed to generate ventilation and natural lighting openings.

The development of the facade is based on the modulation of the fibre cement siding panels and the window modules. The double skin on the facade allows us to have better indoor climate protection.
